1Tamagoyaki (Carrot egg roll)


3 eggs
2 leaf onions (take the leaves only)
1 small carrot
As much as salt
As much as pepper

  • Wash the onions and carrots, cut into small cubes
  • Mix with eggs, salt and pepper, stir until foamy
  • Heat the oil on Teflon, fry the egg over low heat, roll it slowly .. Do it until the egg runs out and cook and then place it on a serving plate.
